User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Norengrove Ltd. ("Norengrove," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website norengrove.com (the "Site") and any related services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Nature of Services

Norengrove provides simulated trading evaluation programs ("Challenges") designed to assess a user's trading proficiency and risk-management skills. Key points:

  • All trading occurs in a simulated environment using virtual funds.
  • Norengrove is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment advisor.
  • We do not accept or manage client deposits, nor do we facilitate live market trading.
  • Performance rewards are based solely on evaluation results and are paid at our discretion in accordance with the applicable program rules.
  • Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Account Registration

To participate in our programs, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activity that occurs under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Challenge Programs & Rules

Each Challenge program has specific rules regarding profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, and other parameters. By purchasing a Challenge you agree to:

  • Abide by all program rules as outlined in the specific Challenge description;
  • Trade only through the platforms and instruments provided or approved by Norengrove;
  • Not engage in any form of manipulation, including but not limited to: latency arbitrage, copy trading from prohibited sources, hedging across multiple accounts, or exploiting platform errors.

Violation of any program rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Challenge fees are one-time payments required to access the evaluation program.
  • All fees are charged in USD or equivalent at the time of purchase.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the Challenge has been activated and trading has commenced, except where required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active Challenges.

7. Rewards & Payouts

  • Traders who successfully complete a Challenge and receive a funded account may earn performance-based rewards of up to 90% of simulated profits, subject to program rules.
  • Payout requests are processed within 24 hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim rewards if we determine that the account was operated in violation of this Agreement or program rules.
  • All rewards are considered independent contractor payments. You are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Site without authorization;
  • Misrepresent your identity or use another person's credentials;
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, overload, or impair the Site;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and design — is the property of Norengrove Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORENGROVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORENGROVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NORENGROVE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Norengrove Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Simulated or hypothetical trading results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance records, they do not represent real trading activity and may be designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown or implied. This disclosure is made in accordance with CFTC Rule 4.41.

14. Risk Warning

Trading in futures, derivatives, and digital assets markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Past performance — whether actual or simulated — is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation. If you decide to trade live markets outside of this program, you do so at your own risk.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution, unless prohibited by local law, in which case you may bring claims in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Norengrove regarding your use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements.
